1. Market research: data (mainly focused on the printing and publishing industry ) collection and analysis;

2. Strategy making: providing support to Company's strategy formation based on market research conclusions;

3. Sales support: gathering sales leads and identifying potential clients; integrating services and goods of Company into customized solutions according to customer needs.

• Assisting customers with best coating and painting application practices;
• Generating and maintaining accurate records and application reports of company products including day-to-day environmental conditions as well as surface preparation and relevant coating application information;
• Attending scheduled inspections; verifying specification and standard adherence, performing quality checks of surface preparation, and the application steps in the painting process;
• Monitoring customers/applicators in the proper application of coatings and paint systems per company specifications;
• Advising the customer and or applicator and their immediate supervisor to acquire resolution when conditions are not within company specifications or application guidelines; issuing exception reports when conditions do not meet specification documents accordingly;
• Troubleshooting customer application issues.

• Translating documents from Chinese to English and vice versa;
• Providing on-site interpretation;
• Assisting my superior with administrative work.
