I have been passionate about fitness for over 10 years and earned my NASM Personal Fitness Instructor and NASM Nutrition Coach certifications in 2018. Since then, I have been coaching clients in private residences, including the Four Seasons Residences, Jakarta. My primary role is to support clients in their fitness journeys through regular monthly assessments, helping them improve their form and technique in strength training, and creating customized nutrition plans to achieve their fitness goals.
In addition to physical training, I focus on the mental aspects of fitness, teaching clients how to enhance their focus, manage daily stress, and embrace the long-term benefits of a healthy lifestyle and longevity.
