• Inventory system logic planning and physical stock allocation.
• Local Inbound B2B & B2C program (Bulk Shipment, Garments merchandising and retailing order fulfilment, VAS)
• Global DC Hub warehouse + 3PL fulfillment program + 4PL W/IMS System Implementation Program (CN, MY & HK)
• ESD Warehouse Construction with Complied Establishment.
• Global Mail, Kitting, and Parcel program
• Ecomm Solution - Last Mile Delivery
• Robotic Solution Warehouse - AGV.
• Robotic Processing Office Solution - RPA.

• Establishes and maintains good relationships with key accounts. Collects and analyzes information and feedback for the organization to achieve the strategic objectives of the company. Develops and monitors customers' activities to support the business objectives for profitability.
• Centralized contract / rate/ service negotiation / management / and performance review with all suppliers (Local Truck / Cross Boarder Truck / warehousing and inventory / 3PL logistics / Contract Negotiation) to meet require service standard.
• Plans and implements logistics development strategies, sets up SOP for Operation, and leads the Operation team under best practices.
• Smooth internal (cross functional departments / offices / collaborative partners) cooperation and deal with external customers (Merchandising / consignee)
• Performance evaluations (appraisal revamp).

• Team Management and People Development.
• Daily logistics associated with import/export operation management; the working responsibilities included warehouse operation, ground transportation, customs declaration, customer service, L/C, and key account management.
• Performance Improvement.
