Compensation & Benefit Administration

  • Collaborate with the payroll vendor to guarantee accurate and timely processing of payroll and employee benefits.
  • Perform operational C&B duties, including but not limited to monthly payroll checking, final payment preparation, and MPF document checking.
  • Assist the Head of HR in the annual C&B exercise, including insurances, and staff benefit program renewal.
  • Collaborate with the payroll vendor in tax filing.


HR System

  • Ensure the records in the HRIS are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Generate analytic reports/queries as required by management.
  • Work with the IT team to ensure a smooth transaction and synchronization of staff information.
  • Provide guidance to other colleagues regarding system usage.


Other HR matters.

  • Responsible for the employment and dependent visa application and extension process cycle, from document collection to follow up on approval with the Immigration Department.
  • Performs general filing, timely reports, and HR logging for the HR Team.
  • Prepare HR reports and conduct analysis when required.
  • Follow up on employees' inquiries related to HR matters, such as company policies, HR system usage, and staff benefits.
