As a scrum master and technical lead of SG and UK Wealth Dashboard platform,

here are some highlighted deliverable that I worked with :

• Supporting new digital channel in UK WD - Mobile customer channel enablement in March 2023, which introduce new "wealth" tab in HSBC UK Mobile, for customer to view their retail investment account and holding in Mobile X.
• Introducing new business features in SG WD - ESG Analysis page for both Mobile and Browser channel in August 2023, for customer to access ESG metrics (ESG rating, sustainable investment category) and understand sustainability performance within their portfolio management
• Enhancing technical module in UK WD, adopting new other asset (AWL) module and portfolio management (PM) module, to allow RM/customer to allocate their existing holding to their financial goal, and further enhance Wealth's financial planning journey.

• Supporting Wealth's AWS migration project, including APEXA, Wealth Dashboard (WD) and Strategic Financial Planning (SFP) in 2020, to enhance resilience of internal systems and reduce cost after deploying apps to AWS cloud.
• Designing, developing and supporting industry test for Singapore Open Banking API project, providing Open APIs for external consumers to check HSBC investment holding information and accredited investor (AI) status in 2020.
• Led Singapore SVS POD4 team in delivery of Open Banking for Wealth Commercialization project, providing RMs with RMP FinConnect dashboard to check customer's Open Banking data, covering analysis of both HSBC and non-HSBC Unit Trust portfolio in different diversification in 2021.

• Communicate with client and gather project requirement
• Develop mobile application in both Android and iOS using React Native framework
• Testing and Debugging of mobile and website project
• Supporting Production Launch of mobile application to App Store and Play Store
