I am writing to apply for the Registered Nurse in Surgical Clinic. My working experiences at Gleneagle Hospital Paediatric Clinic for almost 7 years. I was the in-charge of the clinic. The mainly duties were handling the cases and the administration work of the clinic. I have fully experience to take care the sick child and education for the parents for the childcare. Vaccination was also the one of the duties in our clinic. And I worked in Yang Memorial Methodist Social Service for rehabilitation clients recently. My job was needed home visited disabled clients for assess their conditions and needed to plan the care plan, after that I needed to intervention and evaluation. Also, I must listen their needed and provided appropriate care to them. I can work independent and make decision by myself too. Sometimes if found problems of client may be needed to refer another specialist such as OT or PT. I usually worked independent and can cooperate with multiple colleagues such as social workers. And also, I worked in Hong Kong Baptist Hospital out patient department for over 10 years. I have fully experience in out-patient setting. In there I needed to handle the emergency cases. I can prepare the appropriate treatments before the doctor arrive. I also needed to help different specialist doctor for minor operation and procedures, for example Gynecology doctor for endometrium biopsy, pap smear, routine Gyn examination, excision of mass, I&D of abscess and some orth problem case...... Also, I need to handle the reports of the investigation, arrange for admission, handle the complaint cases and in-charge the department too. I have good communication and customer service skills. I know the typing and PC knowledge. I can ability to work in a team environment and independent too. I am able to work under pressure. I have fluent spoken in Cantonese and English.
