Coordination sample product development and samples tracing, order follow up…etc
Provide clerical and administrative support on daily operation of product development department
Liaise and communication with factory

Follow up quotation, order, sample arrangement and achieve sales target of new order
Monitor the production and order status to meet customers’ requirements
Coordinate production schedules with factory to ensure timely delivery
Work with customers and factories independently
Work closely with QC and Laboratories on quality issues

Development & sourcing yarn quality,trim
communicate with supplier
Daily reply the customer email & update the production state
Sort out the customer sketch to fty for process all sample

Souring the yarn & trim for development
Data Entry, Prepare sales contact & PO
communicate with shipping department for the bulk Sailing
