• Worked in Rail Section of the New Development Section responsible for scrutinizing the drainage plan submission of private development and other Alteration and Addition works submission, including checking plans, details and relevant BD's submission;
• Worked in Existing Building Division to deal with authorized buildings works;
• Currently working in Joint Office to tackle with Stage III water seepage investigation in accordance with the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance (Cap.132).

• Performed condition survey of existing public buildings;
• Handled Design & Build project for ASD’s property and public buildings including design and drafting of layouts, elevations, details and preliminary 3D drawings (Autocad and Sketchup) in the design proposal.

• Assist in Operation Building Bright (OBB) as instructed by Building Surveyor;
• Performed building maintenance management in public housing estate for a short period of time.

• Assisted in condition survey in Government buildings and facilities;
• Assisted in feasibility study of BFA upgrading work in public buildings;
• Responsible in BD’s contract for the UBW enforcement action.

• General clerical duty and administrative work.

• Assist in analytical research of marketing solution.
