Responsibilities :

• Carry inspection with Representatives of Housing Authority
• Supervise work progress at construction sites
• Coordinate with consulting team and sub-contractors to resolve site issues

Project Description : 11 SKIES is Hong Kong and China's largest Retail, Dining and Entertainment (RDE) project

Responsibilites :

• Assist Project Manager in overall, project management inclding planning, implementing and monitoring of installations
• Monitor the execution of all sub-contractors works to ensure satisfactory quality completion and complying to specification
• Prepare submission to consultant including engineering drawings, method statement
