- Self-motivated, with a strong sense of personal responsibility, feasibility and versatility on every new product development, specially custom-made products for IP collaborations.
- Communicate well with Design / BD teams, providing professional guidance and support on product design, limitation and development schedule to them. Co-work with the teams on product improvement or modification for fitting in IP Partners' requirements.
- Work out the end-to-end programs, from product design, vendor selection, prototyping, mold planing, DFM & DFC, development schedule, risk management & test plan including packaging.
- Work closly with QA/QC teams on prototype/T0/T1 and golden sample checking & approval, test plan for product reliability and safety requirements based on the product category(toys, cosmetic, electronics, etc), inline inspection, final inspection.
- Support on eCOM & online sales set up and after sales services.
- Source, audit and cost-checking with new vendors. Explore the new technology and materials supports.
- Evaluate the quality and delivery performance of existing vendors and review their costing. Keep updating safety compliance certifications and CAPA with vendors.
- Resolved problems, improved operations among production, printing & systematic running, and provided exceptional service/solutions.
- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations and new technology.
- Skilled at working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Managed time efficiently in order to complete multiple tasks within launch plans.
- After product ready & before product/collaboration launch, need close communication with various teams, e.g.
BD - stock in, ad hoc / VIP gifting, early delivery for wholesales or special events
ECOM - provide special products info & precautions, and special arrangement in packing & delivery for the limited edition launch with according to systemic arrangement.
CS - new product introduction, technical learning, study tool / video, or possible preparation for potential complaint issues
Operation - ad hoc problematic orders or quality issues
Retail team - VM & stock delivery, specially stock in after launch
Retail VM team - 3D file & sample preparation or product info.
