build rapport with all our existing suppliers at my category by keeping transparency on all our company's policies and activities
manage supply base and inventory level with global supply chain team review the profitability of each collection after the program is completed and work on cost saving exercise at my category with suppliers periodically
attend all major trade shows in Asia and EU with our sales team and design team in Europe every quarter
My achievements:
made the P/L of my category with profit increased by 20% year on year launched 6 new collections to the business within 2.5 years
