  • devise KPI and supplier score card mechanism with other category sourcing managers and our directors every 6 months present and update the critical path of each product development project to my head of every 2 weeks
  • build rapport with all our existing suppliers at my category by keeping transparency on all our company's policies and activities
  • manage supply base and inventory level with global supply chain team review the profitability of each collection after the program is completed and work on cost saving exercise at my category with suppliers periodically
