During my job duty, I face a lot of passengers, I need to rapid understand their different problem and looking the best solution for each of them. Although this job is very exhausting, I am very fulfilled to see passenger’s face of smile. If I can help others solve difficulties, it makes me feel successful. I am now seeking to find a long-term career path and am keen to travel to different countries and get to learn and meet new people.
