There's one thing I've learned from training, and that is " There's no impossible until failure."
There's no limitation unless you set yourself to, and by the time you're chasing your own goals, you will find yourself being stronger, better than the day before.
Even a small step is still a progress. If you made a mistake, then correct it before you make the same mistake again.
Focusing on your own goals is a must, but you should never over pressuring yourself for not reaching it.
As long as your playing the game correctly, you will reach your goal someday.
So be patient, and stay focus. Keep everything on track, and don't quit.
