- Provided individual consultation for families of SEN children with parenting difficulties (e.g. including counseling on parenting skills, information sharing regarding choices of primary school and integrated education, provision of emotional support, etc.)

- Held one mother mutual support group with the aim of reducing parenting stress, and one psychoeducational group in order to enhance parental understanding towards children's needs, with reference to Circle of Security framework, attachment theory, Satir model, child-centered play therapy, self-determination theory etc.
- Conducted 70+ case intake sessions to understand parental expectation on training and child's development, and coordinated with multi-disciplinary team members to formulate IEP goals in response to children's developmental needs.

- Educated vulnerable families on available community resources, connecting them with essential services such as housing assistance, financial aid, or training providers.

- Rendered crisis intervention referral services (e.g to IFSC, PPIs) for parents experiencing acute mental health or family issues.

• Organized 4-session mutual support group for 8 parents with dyslexic children who just received diagnosis to reduce their level of stress, with equipment of knowledge and education on how they could provide emotional support and home-training for their children, resulting in 75% increase on member's awareness towards the needs of their dyslexic children
• Conducted 4-session casework for 2 parents with ASD and ADHD respectively to relieve their parenting stress, resulting in client's reduction of anxiety resulted from high parenting expectation with broadened perspective
• Assisted in running of 4 Social Adaptation Program with use of VR technologies, with one time having outdoor simulation at real supermarket

• Organized 5-session psychoeducational mutual support group for 11 parents with SEN children to reduce their level of stress with PERMA Model and use of elements of horticultural therapy as means, resulting in 100% increase on member's positive emotion
• Conducted 5-session casework for two Singleton Hostel residents to address their accommodation and financial needs with use of Solution-focused Therapy, and change client’s perception on their family relationships with reference to Narrative Therapy
• Conducted 2-session casework for a mother undergoing conflictual marital relationship with her husband, aiming to enhance client's motivation to involve children in consideration of divorce and provide emotional support
• Planned and implemented 1 parent-child program with aim of enhancing parental awareness towards 6A's parenting approach, with 80% reportedly increase in intention to carry out positive parenting in future
