- Held one mother mutual support group with the aim of reducing parenting stress, and one psychoeducational group in order to enhance parental understanding towards children's needs, with reference to Circle of Security framework, attachment theory, Satir model, child-centered play therapy, self-determination theory etc.
- Conducted 70+ case intake sessions to understand parental expectation on training and child's development, and coordinated with multi-disciplinary team members to formulate IEP goals in response to children's developmental needs.

- Rendered crisis intervention referral services (e.g to IFSC, PPIs) for parents experiencing acute mental health or family issues.
