Love what you do and do what you love. I learn from Thomas Lui, I work with him for few years. Passion is the momentum of doing everything. It pushes me to do better and create more. Practice make prefect. Apart from job, i look for more such as competitions, part time or art course in pastry . To me, pastry is beyond a job it is art. I want to learn more and have an extraordinary path in it.
