  • Perform initial interviews to analyze applicants’ abilities, and demonstrate an ability to anticipate hiring manager needs and preferences for roles in assigned target group; conducts new-employee orientations; monitors career-pathing program; handles employee relations counseling and exit interviewing.
  • Interface With other HR/Training team members to utilize and improve talent acquisition and retention practices and programs such as managing the communication between offer acceptance and start date, onboarding and induction etc.
  • TALENT Focus - Roles: CS and operational roles independently; Technical or Sr roles, with support of Talent Team. Supervise CS recruitment, with the admin support of Talen, to ensure consistency across geographies and a Japanese assessment. Seek out new recruitment avenues (agencies, job boards and ways of work).
