• 前期对展览空间进行调研，寻找最优展览方式

通过制定和执行有效的周边产品销售计划，使得周边产品的销售额显著增加。此外，我积极维系并建立观众社群，并与观众保持有效沟通，提高了展览参观率。同时，我也参与开展，导览至闭展的全过程，期间积极应对并解决多种临时问题。
