• Electrical Systems Design & T&C: Spearheaded electrical design, installation supervision, and testing and commissioning (T&C) for critical power distribution infrastructure, including main switch cubicles, main power distribution networks, sub-main distribution boards, final sub-circuits and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems.
• Instrumentation & Control Engineering: Designed and integrated SCADA system architecture, field instrumentation, telemetry protocols, and modern control systems for complex municipal control facilities.
• Key Project Achievements: Executed electrical, control, and instrumentation work on major public works and environmental infrastructure projects, including:
  Cheung Chau Sewage Treatment Works (CCSTW)
  Yuen Long Effluent Polishing Plant (YLEPP)

Currently working on the: Relocation of Sha Tin Sewage Treatment Works to Caverns

• Standards & Compliance: Ensured strict adherence to HK EMSD Code of Practice, IEC international standards, client specifications, and site safety protocols across all installation and T&C workflows.
