• Supervise and manage routine Maintenance and Improvement (M&I) works for public housing estates:

Consultancy Services for Vacant Flat Refurishment (VFR), VFR EWO, In-flat Minor Repair Works (RIMS BMW+EWO) and Common Area Minor Repair Works (ROMS BMW+EWO)

• Coordinate and liaise with District Term Contractor (DTC) and Property Officers (PO) to ensure smooth project execution and the compliance of Housing Authority's standards.

• Supervise and manage routine maintenance, improvement and capital works for public housing estates:

Consultancy Services for VFR, VFR EWO, External Wall Survey and Repairs (DWO), Vent Pipe Re-connections (MDCS DIP) and Laundry Rod Installations (MDCS LR).

• Coordinate and liaise with DTC and POs to ensure smooth project execution and the compliance of Housing Authority's standards.
• Assist in handling batch payment and M&I application.

• Manage and coordinate building maintenance, renovation and fitting-out projects:

Condition Survey for Maintenance of Major Infrastructures

Consultancy Services for Office Renovation Project of Government Organizations, Fitting-out Works of Major International Retail Group

• Conduct on-site condition survey and water seepage investigation for building maintenance projects

• Coordinate building underground drainage system maintenance works:

CCTV and Manhole Survey for Public Underground Drainage Systems

Consultancy Services for Drainage Expedient Connections at Yuen Long District

• Prepare report submissions to Drainage Services Department and Environmental Protection Department for maintenance of public underground drainage systems
