Working as a free lance Sen behavioral consultant in APP, I had gained more experiences of in-school training, which I got the chance to lead more Sen social groups in different schools, including local and international primary schools. As a consultant, it is my duty to set up taylor make programs for my clients and to trace their on going process. By adjusting my programs and activities according to the cases and topics, I was able to provide our best services to the school and our clients.

I have been providing aba one on one services to my client in the David exodus kindergarten, and also giving my suggestions to the Sen support team in the morning session. As a case supervisor in Able centre for more than 4 years, I was fully armed with strategies and knowledge to set programs for my clients, and to handle different behaviours in class. Working in the kindergarten, I managed to provide the best supports to my clients, making sure the consistency stay the same between school, therapist and the parents or caregivers. I also got more opportunities to provide parent training, and home cases to my clients. I have more understanding about how to apply my strategies and helping my clients to generalise their knowledge among different people and settings.

During my 4 years experiences working as an ABA (applied behavioral analysis) therapist, I have been promoted to different positions, from senior behavioral therapist to lead behavioral therapist to case supervisor. I have been working as a case supervisor since Oct 2023, which my basic duties included providing one on one behavioral therapy and also setting programs and performing assessments for SEN children in different ages. I have gained a lot of experiences in this company, including leadership as I also served as a centre manger, which my duties also included training junior staffs and maintaining good communications with the parents.
