Built the Casualty Regional Department and proposition for Marsh. After an initial phase of mapping the business, I have developed the regional casualty strategy and business plan which in four years has produced a growth of the portfolio from 64 to 120m USD income (brokerage). I have built a team of regional casualty resources and of local casualty champions and leaders to support me delivering top and bottom-line profitability targets across regional wholesale and retail business. My activity is focused on four main areas:

  • - Over 2 years increased the revenue by 750% and built a team of 4 people to support the business handling.
