- Steer and coordinate agency’s redevelopment projects.

⁻ Supervise project team with 4 members on child development and parent support services, as well as a special project on S.T.E.M. education for preschoolers.

- Solicit funding support of 62M for the establishment of S.E.E.D. Parent-child Centre, a one-stop hub supporting parenting of 0 – 8 for secure attachment & optimal development through experiential learning, which foster a sure start for parent-child that leads to fulfilling life for both.

⁻ Build and supervise a multi-disclipinary team with 11 members in social work, marketing, visual art, cultural management, and property management.

⁻ Engage community stakeholders, e.g. district councils, government bodies, local residents to formulate strategic plans in response to changing community needs.

⁻ Coordinate mass programs and fundraising events to raise public awareness of local culture preservation and community building.

⁻ Manage a heritage cluster to build community networks and promote local culture.

- The VBH project was given the Award of Excellence, UNESCO Asia-Pacific Awards for Cultural Heritage Conservation in 2017, the first HK project wining the highest level of this award.

⁻ Supervise project teams with 5 to 7 members on heritage education and community development.

⁻ Engage family and young people through diverse community programmes, e.g. art class, bazaar, movie screening and volunteer services.

⁻ Formed long-term collaboration with over 80 schools to organize over 700 sessions of community education programmes for children and young people.

- Solicit funding support of accumulated 95M for community service initiatives.

⁻ Explore resources from government and corporate fund, write up proposals for service development.

- Build media connection to raise service and agency’s profile.

⁻ Oversee the project and supervise a team with 4 members.

⁻ Established the first community-led museum, Hong Kong House of Stories, (formerly named as Wan Chai Livelihood Place) and trained up local resident as community docent to promote local culture and history of Wanchai

- The project was selected as one of the best practices among the Sustainable Development Fund projects in 2006 and 2009 Best Practice Awards in Social Welfare by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service.
