ARTHUR K. LEE

With extensive experience at leading organizations including Arthur Andersen, Mirant, i-CABLE, Hutchison, CGN New Energy, and CLPe, I have demonstrated expertise in strategic planning, corporate governance, investment analysis, and risk management.

A key achievement includes contributing to CGN New Energy's IPO in October 2014, which achieved 500 times oversubscription.

Currently, as Director of Finance and Risk Management at CLPe (CLP Group's contracting and sustainability unit), I oversee all finance and risk functions, ensuring compliance and driving innovative energy solutions.

My professional journey began with an engineering degree from CUHK, followed by self-study to attain accountancy qualifications. Committed to continuous development, I earned the PRC Legal Professional Qualification in 2021 and an LLB (Second Class Upper Division) from Manchester Metropolitan University in 2024. I hold CFA charterholder status, am a Chartered Secretary, and possess an MBA from the University of Warwick. I was recognized as the top student in my Master of Corporate Governance at Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

I am eager to apply my multifaceted expertise to lead professional bodies in advancing governance, talent development, and optimization of resources.
