With an internal orientation towards financial growth, development of store teams, merchandise assortment and inventory control, along with the detailed planning of floors, fixtures and stock together in the message they present through effective merchandising. My expertise in design is regularly utilised on ranging, product development and catalogue production, and most recently the development and rollout of an innovative retail concept.
