  • Pioneered the newly formed, PRACTICE, SOLUTION team in GENPACT ASIA And instrumental to revamp the transition approach with “ZERO” Travel Knowledge Transfer model
  • Steered the solution and won one of the largest insurance deals for Genpact in the Financial services unit with combined total contract value exceeding $150M+
  • Spearheaded digital and cloud enabled transition for a 200 billion euro company with 700 FTEs using ZERO OJT model
