- To start the career from Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu 22 years ago, I am well trained for the financial reporting requirements for group companies listed at the Hong Kong Main Board.
- After leaving Deloitte, I was then extended my career to commercial side acting as a CFO of a small – medium scale listed group with operation at Mainland China for the due diligence works on fund raising, follow through the internal control policy and corporate consolidation accounting.
- Recently, focusing on financial reporting and compliance work for the potential clients for readiness for IPO and those new listing window for Biotech Companies based on Chapter 18A of listing rule.
