Carry out city tour and construction tour to visitors from overseas, conduct tours in English only.

• Projects: Tsing Yi Hazardous Waste Treatment Plant, design and build new incinerator
• Design and Construct new incinerator and other miscellaneous projects, AIM, Digital Twins, VR production, fit-out renovation, and clinical waste treatment system.
• Led a team of 5 engineers in Veolia to coordinate with contractors and consultants for design and build.
• Coordinate with the existing operation and maintenance team for a user feasibility study and incorporate it into the design and construction.
• Testing and Commissioning
• Early finish and delivery to clients on clinical waste treatment system.
• Manage project budget and cost control.

• Projects: Suzhou Villa house phase 1 (131 units), phase 2(110 units) (total 100,000 sqm) & Four Season hotel, 190 rooms (total 48,000sqm)
• Led a construction team of 8-12 staff to perform daily project tasks and overcome daily challenges.
• Led and managed consultants, general contractors and sub-contractors to carry out effective construction and resolve construction issues which included fields of interior design, façade, E&M, builders work, landscape, and public utilities
• Lead architects and interior designers to carry out design with deadlines and coordinate with upper management and stakeholders for approval
• Develop overall project strategic planning, project program and cost control
• Supervise contract compliance on work quality and safety on site, construction program and project milestones (e.g Sales handover milestone)

• Projects: Shanghai IFC, consist of two 250m tall high-rise, complex shopping mall, Ritz Carlton, IFC Service apartment
• Assist Project manager to manage contractors on scheduling, planning and timely deliver
• Coordination of engineering problem, drawings submission between Architects, Structural engineers and E&M engineers
• Manage a lot of different trades, which includes: pile driving, foundations, concrete and steel structures, fitting out, E&M, façade, waterproofing, etc
• Educate and support contractors to understand high HK project standard and requirements
• Handle change orders with contractor and consultants and ensure within budget.

• Projects: Bay bridge replacement projects, which includes building 250m long steel bridges and removal of current bridges
• Construction planning and monthly work schedule
• Produce engineering method statement submission, RFI and shop drawings for concrete bridge, road and building construction
• Read and analysis drawings and design engineering details
• Arrange steel procurement from China and Korea, and ensure timely delivery and meet quality compliance
• Perform site surveying and provide all critical setting out and levels for works.

• Projects: Carquinez Bridge (50km north of SF) projects, which consists of bridge retrofit, and a new 350m span cable suspension bridge
• Certified inspector on paint, bored piling, concrete, and prestress tendons
• Inspection of contractor works’ quality and enforce construction safety
• Review and approve RFI, and engineering method statement for construction and site surveying
