- Manage relocation services for assignees of Fortune Global 500 corporate clients, which inclusive of household goods shipment, preview trip, temporary accommodation, airport transfers, home search, and school search, etc
- Provide guidance to assignees including policy and benefits counselling, work flow administration
- Work closely with assignees and their family to evaluate their needs, set expectations, and customise their relocation programs
- Liaise with Human Resource Department / Global Mobility Department where necessary to gather information or documentation to complete services, clarify service or policy provision
- Work with other Crown offices and vendors on service provision and co-ordination, provide back-end process where necessary for specific services
- Participate in regular account-specific communication sessions, team meetings, and learning services to continuously improve performance
- This includes identifying process improvements, cost savings and cost avoidance
- Facilitates resolution of exceptions and escalations as per client operational guidelines
- Provide recommendations to clients to update their relocation policy and process for their assignees
- Ensuring assignee and client satisfaction on all services are within the various KPIs an SLAs of the various accounts
- Provide trainings and supports of relocation services to junior team members internally.
