Proof of Concepts(POC)

1.  SCE (Southern California Edison) - Chatbot with Troubleshooting Docs

  • Developed a chatbot integrated with troubleshooting documentation to assist users in resolving software-related issues.
  • Utilized Azure Open AI, embedding, function apps, OCR cognitive service, and app service.
  • Implemented step-by-step guidance with images to provide precise answers to user queries.
  • If the issue couldn't be resolved, the chatbot raised a support ticket to the appropriate team.


2.  SCE (Southern California Edison) - Automated Scoring System

  • Created an automated scoring system based on a provided scoring matrix for agent-customer calls.
  • Utilized Azure Open AI, speech service for call transcription, and text completion models for scoring.
  • Provided recommendations on how to improve agent performance based on the call scoring.


3.  Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group (MUFG) - Global Chatbot Deployment

  • Contributed to the large-scale deployment of a global chatbot for MUFG in Tokyo.
  • Collaborated on scaling up the chatbot to accommodate 5000 users.
  • Worked on coding aspects, including threading and asynchronous functionality, to enhance performance.


4. LiquorLand - Image detection and processing

  • Created a object detection model using CNN, which was used to detect bottles with price from poster
  • Process the detected image into csv files based on liquor bottle image and price based on uploaded images


5. People tracking, face detection and  Image correctness

  • Created a people tracking model using transfer learning on Pre-build model, to detect people and make sure they are keeping distance of 7 meter during covid time
  • using haarcascade and OpenCV, create Face-Detection and Face-Recognization model.
  • Worked Encoder-Decoder model, image correctness also worked on noise removal on image
