Assist in investigations related to fatigue, air safety, and cabin safety incidents. Conduct investigations by interviewing flight and cabin crew about issues of fatigue, as well as cabin and flight-related events.
Ensure the enrollment and successful completion of the initial online training for SMS and FRMS by all HKA staff. Providing face-to-face training to ground staff on FRMS, focusing on Rostering, IOCC, and Crew Control.
Actively participate in all safety promotion activities, including publishing of safety bulletins and safety newsletters.
