I have been a banker with well rounded experience in various areas of banking, with strong focus on Global Markets. I have dealt with a range of clients including retail, corporate & institutions, however a large part of my experience is about cross asset global markets product (within that largely Rates & Credit) sales to institutions. With a strong problem solving orientation, I have spent most of my global markets career in solutions/ non-flow sales to institutions like Asian & global banks, Life Insurance companies, Asset managers & pension funds.
To highlight a summary of more recent experience, I ran an Institutional cross asset non flow/ solutions sales for HSBC Global Markets & Banking, Asia Pacific in the last decade or so. Key goals were to manage a sustained business growth & p&l, business strategy, change management in a dynamic markets & regulatory environment, and collaboration across global internal & external stakeholders.
