• Delivers solutions timely for multiple key initiatives which enables real-time trade/position/risk management and improved F2B STP efficiencies through third party application (Fidessa) is strategic securities trade and position management platform for APAC division.
• Managing team of 12 which include 9 developers and 3 business analysts who are based in Hong Kong, Singapore India. Also managed key relationships with global Fidessa consultants and central design teams. Also responsible for managing regional relationship with Fidessa vendor for APAC division.
• Coordinates F2B Working Groups and provide deliveries updates to F2B stakeholders (internal and external).
• Partners with senior stakeholders across divisions to gather business and technical requirements.
• Performs in-depth engineering of F2B trade/product lifecycle solutions and provide recommendations.
• Interface with 3 lines of defense and ensuring solutions meet global regulatory and audit requirements.
• Book-of-Work management, resource planning, CtB/RtB budget forecasting and

applications' costing.

• Advocates and guides team on agile processes and Odyssey/Jira workflow management
• Creates relevant documents such as SAD and analysis pages.
• Designs technical solution to capture and provide transactions and position feed for regulatory reporting (FINMA) and reconciliation (FOBO, FOFO) purpose.

Responsible for requirement analysis, development, QA, release management and Level 3 support of Cash Equity front office trading application (Fidessa)

India Equity Platform project was the integration of high touch and low touch flows for India Equity trading platform on NSE and BSE exchanges. The goal of this project is to provide low latency market execution to DSPML for Indian markets, and migration of trading platform of DSPML from local vendor-based solution (ODIN) to Fidessa. Fidessa is connected to BSE and NSE exchanges using ML line handlers. Fidessa suit is customized. for both cash and derivative products from scratch to meet Indian Market requirements. Fidessa implementation is broadly classified into 3 sections as a part of this project. Firstly, static data loader which gets data from ETD hub and stores it in FDA. Secondly, integration of Fidessa to ML-X-data system to get live Market data and third. section was integration of Fidessa (OMS) with ML line handlers. My key responsibilities include analysis, design and development of server side Fidessa components.

Responsible for analysis, development, QA of Equity front office trading application Fidessa for RBS (Formerly ABN AMRO bank).

TCS was involved in functional testing of Fidessa trading platform for Merrill Lynch. Merrill Lynch used full suite of Fidessa product for their Front office and Middle office flow for cash equities and equity derivative products. I was module lead for Japan Merrill Lynch Fidessa. My key responsibilities include reviewing business requirements and use cases, creating test cases and test data and testing of Fidessa applications.
