• Monitor and maintain the operation performance of all E&M system in respect to safety, statutory requirement, functionality and energy efficiency.
• Managed maintenance contractor and technical staff to prepare and implement the preventive maintenance plan.
• Facilitate repairing work and continuous improvement to all E&M system in terms of energy and system performance
• Managed and supervised technical staffs to carry out Energy audit, IAQ test, water test for certificate
• Carry out adhoc project feasible study as per landlord request and headquarter instruction
• Managed the team to carry out emergency work for the portfolio

3.Initiate, budget, implement and manage large scale improvement and replacement work.Carry out feasible study and life cycle cost and payback analysis.

Provide technical solution in order to meet the needs of the company’s requirement such as

• Facilitate chiller plant system design and replacement of the whole office towers and shopping arcade
• Facilitate Busway system upgrade and replacement works
• Carry out detail data analysis and identify feasible energy saving measures. Facilitate retrofit and retro-commissioning project on electrical, lighting, lift & escalator and air-conditioning system in order to achieve energy saving target.
• Managed at least 11 nos. of energy saving project to apply CLP’s Eco Building Fund for subsidy.
• Facilitate E&M system and builder’s work for tenant’s provision requirement
• Facilitate improvement work to prevent COVID-19 in different E&M system
• Facilitate Big Data Chiller Cloud Base system in order to optimize the operation efficiency of the chiller water plant with ZERO investment and payback.
• Facilitate IoT system for the portfolio
• Propose, study and facilitate Solar renewable system with Feed in tariff application

4.Initiate, budget, implement and control technical work to meet tenant’s provision requirement

5.Vet and comment tenant’s provision and fitting out proposal by tenants and telecom services operator

6.Initiate, evaluate the feasibility, budget, implement and control energy saving work to meet the Corporate ESG policy:

Prepare application for different competition award and certification

• Prepare and implement the energy saving plan for the Energy Wise Label
• Data analysis and preparation to participate and win green, environmental and FM award such as EFMA, QPFMA (Theme Grand Award), Carbon Less certificate, Green Building Award, CLP Eco Building Fund, CLP Smart Energy Saving Award (Grand Award), CLP Green Plus Award (Silver),HKAEE(Gold Award 2011 &2020), CIBSE Building Performance Merit Award 2021, HKGBC Green Shop Alliance Silver Award 2021
• To prepare and obtain Green Building Certification BEAM PLUS of Hong Kong Green Building Council

7.Handle A&A project

• Provide feasibility study, carry out tender process and project management to A&A works, provision design and installation works.

8.To train junior staff and support to technical training committee

• To train and supervise staffs including technical officer, engineer, Property Officer Trainee (HK/PRC), Engineering Graduate Trainee (HK/PRC), Technical Services Officer Trainee, Apprentice, Industrial Placement (IVE) in respect to company policy, safety requirement, technical standard and statutory requirement.
• Provide support to training committee
• To recruit different grade of technical trainee

9.To support Headquarters’ work

• To provide support for PRC tendering committee
• To assist technical audit for Shanghai IFC,ICC and Central Plaza
• To represent the company as a presenter of annual corporate (SHK) energy saving seminar (2017, 2019,2020)
• To represent the company as a presenter of Smart Energy Symposium 2019 by CLP
• To represent the company to win silver award of Quality raising Suggestion Scheme 2021 by the Corporate-Sun Hung Kai Properties
